16W power amplifier designed for marine/weather radar

Jotrin Electronics. announces design and sales support for the TGA2624-CP, 9 to 10GHz power amplifier from TriQuint (Qorvo). The TGA2624-CP offers 16W of saturated output power with 27dB of gain and can be used in both pulsed and CW operation for marine and weather radar applications. Capable of operating from a 28V bias with 365mA of quiescent current, the TGA2624-CP comes in a copper base package measuring 15.2x15.2mm for superior thermal management.
