32-bit DAC enables high-quality sound

A member of the Audio4pro product family, the 32-bit AK4399 stereo D/A converter offers an advanced architecture that enables higher-quality sound for professional and high-end digital musical instruments. The DAC has three different digital filters: a 32-bit short-delay filter that is suitable for acoustic sounds, a 32-bit sharp roll-off filter for traditional sounds, and a 32-bit slow roll-off filter for a soft sound expression.

The 32-bit digital operation block provides full 32-bit processing for the audio interface, a perfect linear phase digital filter and an advanced delta-sigma modulator. Features include sample rates from 30 kHz to 216 kHz, an operating voltage of 5 V, a THD+N of –100 dB, and a dynamic range of 114 dB. The DAC supports 216-kHz PCM audio data and offers analog outputs that are fully differential. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
