BAW diplexer serves B1 & B3 uplink

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a highly selective, LowDriftBAW diplexer created for use in Band 1 and Band 3 uplinks. The Qorvo TQQ1231 provides 60MHz of bandwidth centered at 1950MHz and 75MHz of bandwidth centered at 1747.5MHz.

Insertion loss for both bands is 3.8dB. BAW technology allows the Qorvo TQQ1231 to handle 30dBm of input power making it suitable for LTE infrastructure like BTS transceivers/repeaters and high performance receivers. The TQQ1231 requires no external matching and is offered in a 3x3mm SMT package.
