Low noise amplifier offers a noise figure of 2.3dB

Jotrin Electronics. announces design and sales support for the TGA2618-SM, 16 to 18GHz Low Noise Amplifier from TriQuint (Qorvo). The TGA2618-SM offers a noise figure of 2.3dB for use in both commercial and military radar as well as satellite communication systems. Capable of operating from a 3V bias with 30mA of quiescent current, P1dB of the TGA2618-SM measures 6dBm. Small signal gain from three stages of internal amplification is 28dB. Qorvo offers this LNA in a 4x4mm QFN package.
