Beijing, China, June 12, 2019 -- Qorvo®, Inc.(nasdaq: QRVO), a leading provider of core technologies and RF solutions for mobile applications, infrastructure and defense applications, today announced the launch of the MMIC power amplifier, which provides more than 10 watts of saturated power in the 32-38ghz band.The most powerful MMIC products on the market offer advanced reliability and efficiency, enabling customers to achieve performance goals while reducing costs in key defense applications.

Based on Qorvo's ultra-reliable silicon carbide based gallium nitride (gan-on-sic) technology, the 10-watt TGA2222 offers 16dB large signal gain, 25dB small signal gain, and industry-leading additional power efficiency over 22%.It provides this extended RF power in smaller chips, reducing the size, weight, and number of components, providing a simple but powerful solution for defense applications.
